How to Pay

Sample Payment:
Sample fee can be TT or by paypal. If you want to pay through other way, feel free to contact with our service team.
Bulk goods payment:
Bulk goods payment can be accepted by Paypal/TT payment/LC at sight.
30% deposit received,then we will start bulk goods making; once all done,we will take photos to show all goods finished,then you need to pay balance 70% payment before loading.

1. Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1) The box style(which you can choose from the normal box style according to the box shape picture)
2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface treatment.
4) The printing colors
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

2. Q: Can i get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on the sample.

3. Q: How long can i get the sample?
A: After receiving the sample fee and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample lead time is about 3-5 working days and express delivery will take about 5-7 days to your door.

4. Q: How long is the mass production lead-time?
A: Usually 7-15 days, rush order is available.

5. Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: As a general rule our MOQ is 3000pcs. Although on occasions we have orders for less than 3000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high when compared with the 3000 pcs order.
